90 Night Comfort Exchange Guarantee
We have no doubts that given a fair trial you’ll love the mattress you choose with Just Right Mattress! We strive to give you all the resources to comfort test virtually with to find the right mattress first time around, as well as having sleep guides available to contact to help you make a decision on what comfort would be just right for you.
We want you to feel confident with your purchase . However, we understand that in some cases you might need a different comfort level, so for your peace of mind we offer a 30 night comfort guarantee. We require you sleep on your mattress for 30 nights before considering exchanging your mattress. In most cases your body needs time to adjust to the new comfort of your mattress as the comfort layers take some time to settle. Just like breaking in a new pair of shoes. May be a little stiff or slightly uncomfortable at first then they end up being the best pair of shoes ever!
Please don’t hesitate contacting us anytime if you feel the comfort you have purchased is not right for you. We want you to be comfortable and would be happy to work with you. If you do decide to exchange your mattress there is a $100 exchange fee plus, any difference in cost there may be if upgrading your mattress. There are no refunds on choosing a lower cost mattress. If you are in an area where we can do White Glove Delivery we will happily bring you your new mattress and switch out the old (Delivery fees may apply). If there is no White Glove Delivery available in your city then it is the customers responsibility to find a place to donate the mattress. We will require a donation receipt before following through with the transaction.
Steps to qualify for a comfort exchange:
- We care about you so contact us first.
- Must have a certified mattress protector. Stains, odors or damage will void the exchange.
- Only 1 exchange.
- All tags must still be attached to your mattress.
All of our mattresses come with a factory warranty. The warranty can be found in the description section on our website. It’s normal for your mattress to settle during the first few months of break in. However, if you have any manufacturer defects, such as body impressions over 1 ½ inch or greater we will replace your mattress at no charge to you (Delivery charges may apply). It is best when you buy your mattress to have a certified mattress protector to keep it clean and sanitary. Contact us with any questions regarding possible warranty issues at (520-347-6320)
Order Cancelations / Mattress Return Policy
We understand that things happen in life and want to make sure you’re comfortable with your purchase. No doubt you’ll be happy with your mattress. If something should happen here are some things you need to know.
Orders that have not been shipped or processed can be refunded without any cancelation fees. If order has processed and shipped and you choose to cancel there is a 15% restocking fee plus any shipment return fees on order cancelations. No order cancelations can be made on custom cut mattresses.
No Returns can be made once items have shipped. Keep in mind we do have a 90 night comfort guarantee. If the comfort is not right for you, you have a opportunity to exchange your mattress within the 90 night comfort period. Please refer to our exchange policy for more details.
If a customer inspects damage upon delivery it is the customer’s responsibility to record any carrier damage and or product damage. Just Right Mattress must be contacted within 1 business day or 24 hours of shipment delivery. We will work diligently to get your mattress replaced. All products are covered with warranty which could be used towards potential product damage. Items will not be returned or refunded but replaced.
Pillows and Linen Return Policy
Unused (not open), packaged linens are refundable within 15 days of purchase. Pillows and linens are non-refundable once opened. Customers are responsible for shipping charges if out of State. If in local area customer can return to Just Right Mattress retail location. Refund transaction will be completed upon Just Right Mattress receiving merchandise back.
Adjustable bases and bed frames policy
All adjustable bases and bed frames are sold with a factory warranty against defects. There are no returns or exchanges on adjustable bases or frames. If you have a warranty issue please contact us by email or phone and we will be glad to help.
All of our mattress are adjustable friendly, unless noted in the description.
It is highly recommended to use a health regulated mattress protector. The proper mattress protector will not allow sweat, body oils or spills go into your mattress. Keeps your mattress clean and sanitary. Check out our approved mattress protectors under bedding and accessories
Your new mattress will have a slight new smell odor that should dissipate after one to two hours after unwrapping. It is not coming from any chemicals as we use CertiPUR-US foams and non toxic water based products. Just a new smell of the fabrics and being tightly wrapped from our factory to your doorstep.
We understand that you are extremely excited to try out your new Mattress! Who wouldn’t be. After you get it unwrapped you’ll see it starting to take shape immediately. Since your mattress has been compressed and rolled, it can take up to 24 hours to fully expand. But don’t worry, you don’t have to resist the urge to try it right away ?
Your mattress is built to be one sided (unless noted in description), so no need to flip it. We do recommend you rotate it from head to toe once a year or every six month to help it break in more evenly.
Sales tax is only in the State of AZ unless otherwise noted.
There is not a one size fits all no matter what you have seen or been told. At Just Right Mattress it is our goal to make sure you are fit with the correct comfort and support. For example, if you are a side and back sleeper and like the feeling of sleeping on a cloud we recommend a medium plush. However, if your are a straight back sleeper and like the feeling of being on top of the mattress we would recommend a firm. Therefore, we have created comfort videos to give you an idea and have detailed descriptions of what type of feel to expect. We do recommend contacting us by messaging or calling and we would be glad to guide you through a virtual comfort test.
We highly recommend a mattress protector. However, if you should get a stain on your mattress use a damp towel with a mild detergent and dab the stain. Try not to rub too much as this will increase the size of the stain. Do not use an upholstery shampooer on your mattress. This will break down the foams prematurely and can cause mold and bacteria to form in your mattress.

After your order is placed and received your mattress goes into production in our USA based factory. Takes one-two days for building and processing. Your mattress will ship fresh in a box to your doorstep straight from the factory in two to three days after order is placed. You will receive a tracking number via email after FedEx or UPS processes your mattress. Shipping time will depend on where you live in the Country. Typically, from order, processing, build and shipping to your doorstep anticipate 4-8 business days.
Absolutely! We keep a large inventory and if you’re in Tucson or surrounding Southern, AZ we can get it to you the same day or next day if it’s in stock. When you place your order feel free to contact us for an approximate delivery date. If we don’t hear from you we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your delivery.
Accessories will not ship in the box your mattress comes in. If you are delivered locally then your accessories will be on the same truck. You can anticipate 1-2 days within the same time as your mattress to receive your accessories.
